The room was relaxing and quiet. the perfect views of the lake were excellent. - the location was stunning, just a short stroll away from an urban park. - the Christmas market and a regular market were right next door.

Reasonably spacious and luxurious room and a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and central heating inside. Very nice, welcoming staff from the front desk to concierges to waiters.
Beds were a bit hard.

Room facilities, spa, the bed and climat control
At the restront I had to wait for about 45 minutes for two pieces of aubergine, as a starter. Not very good service at breakfast and the breakfast cood be better for the hotel of the level they pretend and for 50 fch. When I was waiting for the taxi nobody told me the taxi came already so I had to pay 10 fch plus. They should improve service for sure!

Brilliant hotel in a great and stunning location close to the city center. Huge, neat room with an extremely comfy bed. - A wide array of goodies for breakfast. - Location near restaurants and the shopping district. - Super close to the bus station, and Lake Geneva and Jet d'Eau fountain. - Simply no reason to complain, really great stay.

The management and staff are very helpful and courteous. The location is an excellent one. The food was also very good. I will consider this hotel whenever I travel to Geneva in the future.
I did not appreciate having the water pipe (Nargila) being offerred to smokers at the Terrace as it smells terrible and I was not pleased to use the Terrace for having my coffee or entertain my guests. To me this had degraded the hotel.

The restaurant here is lovely for dinner, with light dishes available; the bed is comfortable, and the balcony offers spectacular views of the lake; the location is excellent, just a short walk from a large fountain.
